10.0 Excellent
Pros: Great breakfast, great air conditioner. Water worked well and toilet and sink were in good working order.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: It was close to restaurants and shopping. The bed was comfortable but had a ridge in it.
Cons: The toilet took too long to fill. The matress had a ridge in it. They closed the pool for repainting, which they didn't tell us about when we checked in. They had the same hot food every morning. Donuts and biscuits were tiny.
5.4 Okay
Pros: Cost was very affordable and the waffle maker for breakfast was great.
Cons: Many things in the room didn’t work. Shower curtain rod was barley hanging on. Stained towels. Tv didn’t have cable or was disconnected. Coffee was terrible. Almost everything near the swimming area was moldy. Hot tub didn’t work.
7.0 Good
Pros: Location
Cons: New locks. Very difficult to enter
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Everything. The room was clean and the bedding was luxurious! The hot tub and pool made for a relaxing evening. They had "snacks" from 5-7 pm. Chicken noodle soup, a cheese and cracker plate, cookies, nachos and salsa and a glass of wine for me and a beer for my husband. We didn't have to leave the hotel! Breakfast was just as good. Upon check out they gave us 2 bottles of cold water for the road. Excellent service and really exceeded my expectations. Will definitely be back!
Cons: That I couldn't stay longer.

8.0 Excellent
Pros: Ambiance, bed quality.
Cons: No in-house breakfast dining option as a meal, limited dinner menu, mediocre steak.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: No breakfast ... explain below but overall a nice place!
Cons: Was not able to order breakfast because we came in just before wedding out at the Orchard . Did not get a chance to read where you had to order room service night before. SO in the morning that is when we found out had to order night before. Would have been nice to be informed at check in.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The staff was amazing and went above and beyond to make our stay spectacular ❤️ We look forward to returning.
Cons: Nothing needs improvement
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Upscale, modern, industrial style, extremely clean, quiet rooms (except the air-conditioner was kind of loud)... A bottle of wine, wine glasses... a little fridge, but it is used as a bar. I found pillows to be too big, but it could just be my preference.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Historical, rustic but modern with all amenities outside of central air - due to age of the building.
Cons: No deal breakers - the room lost out on a more controlled climate because of the air units. Breakfast was subpar. Beloit has a lot of good food down the strip.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The decor and room were very unique. Very high class. Nice place to walk behind hotel
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Loved the style and layout of the room, it was modern but cozy. The fireplace was very nice as well as the large shower with "rainshower" feature.
Cons: The only negative I can think of is there is only one elevator that is fairly slow.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Breakfast was simple but good, walking distance to town, and parking.
Cons: A little pricey for the area and hotel rating.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Beautiful hotel, beautiful room in a fabulous location on the river. I loved this hotel and can't wait to visit again when it's warmer outside!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: They are so dog friendly. Not every place makes your furry friends so welcome.

7.5 Good
Pros: Breakfast was great! My room was clean. The bed was very comfortable.
Cons: I cannot think of anything.
5.0 Okay
Pros: Location and breakfast were great.
Cons: WiFi was awful...think dial up...unless you "upgraded" to premier Wifi. For over a ---- a night, you ought to get good WiFi. Just their way of nickel and dimeing you. This way they can advertise free WiFi, you just don't want to use it.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The room was spacious and comfortable
Cons: No complaints
8.0 Excellent
Pros: I enjoyed access to the workout room and the pool.
Cons: I did not like the fact that it would have been cheaper for us to walk in or call the hotel directly and get a room as opposed to reserving the room through Kayak and Priceline. It cost $329.76 through Priceline and it would have cost $287.17 if I would have dealt with the hotel directly. I have learned my lesson.

Pros: Check in process was great. Hotel was clean and comfortable. Parking very good. Staff (particularly the lady that runs the breakfast area...don't know her name) was very pleasant and conversational.

9.0 Excellent
Pros: Hotel staff was great.
Cons: nothing.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Since we travel with baby, the king room w/separate living room is great for having space and flexibility. Staff is very helpful and friendly. Great location for us visiting family.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: The front desk staff was nice
Cons: The hotel was fine, exactly what to expect at a Fairfield... just one problem... the top of our toilet lid was cracked but no issues.
5.8 Okay
Pros: The cleanliness of the property was about it
Cons: When I tried to check in the young lady was on the phone so I patiently waited. She eventually put the personal on hold, asked could she help me, took my name, ran my card & handed me rooms keys. She never once told me a room #, how long the pool area was open, IF they had WiFi & how to connect it, nothing just got BACK on the phone. House keeping came way too early the next morning so I declined & about an hour later they came RIGHT BACK KNOCKING AGAIN! On the day I was supposed to checkout I took my daughter to school just to come back & find house keeping had been in my room & checked me out BEFORE 9 a.m.!!! Worse experience ever!
8.8 Excellent
Pros: The front desk and breakfast staff were great. I loved the warm chocolate chip cookies upon arrival.
Cons: The lighting in the bathroom was pretty dim. Very hard to apply makeup. The waffle maker at breakfast needed some cleaning. It was nearly impossible to remove a waffle without pulling it into a pile of crumbs. And the breakfast silverware was flimsy. The fork lost 3 tines in the waffle while trying to cut it, which I then had to dig out prior to giving it to my son.
3.0 Mediocre
Pros: location - comfortable bed
Cons: Furnace was loud
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Cleanliness by number 1, staff helpful and accommodating. After a long day it was a great night sleep and very nice breakfast selection.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The quiet and cleanliness
1.0 Poor
Pros: Cleanliness
Cons: I had to call down to the reception twice during my overnight stay. At one point there was a group of people arguing outside my door for almost an hour at 1 am. The exit door opposite my room was on a hard closer and banged closed all night.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: We stayed after our wedding along with quite a few of the wedding guests. We got to visit in the morning at the large community table and enjoy a very good breakfast. The bed was comfy and the coffee was good.. Thanks, The Korshes.
Cons: A little noise did travel between the floors and walls more than I would like, but it didn't keep me from sleeping soundly.
3.0 Mediocre
Pros: My daughter and I stayed one night for a hockey tournament. We got back from a game at 11pm I turned down the dead to find two drops on blood on the fitted sheet. I called the front desk to request a different room and instead he brought down a fitted sheet for me to change myself and told me to talk to the morning staff about getting a discount. I ended up sharing a bed with my daughter cause I wasn’t going to come close to touching someone else’s blood. I brought my concerned to the front desk in the morning and was only compensated $20. Yep that’s right $20 for someone else’s blood on the sheet. I absolutely couldn’t believe it, seriously the most discussing thing I have experienced at a hotel.
Cons: There was blood on my fitted sheet when I turned down my bed! I was given a new fitted sheet to change myself which I ended up sharing a bed with my daughter and then was only given $20 off my stay.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Staff was very friendly. We were upgraded because there wasn’t what we needed for extra beds. Bed was super comfortable.
Cons: Found someone else’s flip flop under one of the beds. Bathroom shower kept flooding the bathroom. Breakfast could have been better.

Pros: Beds were very comfy, really liked how the parking lot was fully lit. Like the sink in bathroom, location is good.!
Cons: Bathroom floor corners could have been cleaner. I understand with the virus there would not be any food, but we are great customers of Quality Inn, I feel we should have been given vouchers for $5.00 per person for McDonald’s or someplace with a drive thru for a muffin or something to eat

7.0 Good
Pros: Room was clean and comfortable, breakfast was adequate. Nice light was on and room was warm when we arrived.
Cons: Everything was freshly updated, but outlet and switches seemed old and dirty. The bed was hard and pillows lumpy.
9.7 Excellent
Pros: The staff was very friendly and caring.
Cons: The facility could use some updating
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Staff, cleanliness, obviously, the facility has been recently given a facelift. Fresh paint, new carpeting, and new HVAC in each room. Continental breakfast was, well, there. Hot coffee, cocoa, and tea, with fruits and cereal options as well as waffles.
Cons: BEDS ARE REALLY HARD. Great if you like that sort of thing, but they were very firm. A pillow-topper would be a huge plus.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Comfortable bed, clean room, friendly staff.
Cons: Dog poop on the side of the building.
7.0 Good
Pros: The night clerk was very friendly and helpful. The beds were comfortable. I really like the separate sink when 4 family members need to get ready in one room. We had a comfortable night's rest on the road.
Cons: The shower head is mounted at a level that only works for people shorter than 5'5". The coffee was incredibly terrible. The hotel is a bit shabby, but it was exactly as I expected for the star level.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The staff was friendly
Cons: No breakfast
9.0 Excellent
Pros: The staff was friendly and the room was clean.
Cons: The breakfast could be better.
8.5 Excellent
Pros: The room (single king bed) was HUGE. It was clean, and the hallway was quiet. The bed and pillows were comfortable. The parking lot was plenty adequate. The included continental breakfast was, of course, not great, but was surprisingly good. Included whipped eggs shaped into ovals and kept in a heating pan, sausages, waffles you make from a mix, fruit, cereal, coffee, tea or hot cocoa, juices, and such. Not the most updated hotel out there, but not so bad as to make you feel you're time traveling. Overall, for the price it was all I could reasonably ask for.
Cons: The only minor ding was that there was no traveling shampoo bottle anywhere in the room, requiring a trip to the front desk.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: The standard sized rooms are spacious. Dog friendly, with a small field in the rear. Gas and restaurants nearby. Cleanliness and comfort was decent - not great but not bad. Staff was friendly and helpful. Good value for the money.
Cons: The fixtures could probably use an updating. The faucet in our room leaked at the countertop. The showerhead was very loose at the wall, but didn't leak. The refrigerator made an odd gurgling noise, requiring us to shut it off overnight. The staff said they would address these things immediately. The breakfast was just OK - other Baymont Inn's we've stayed in have been better. Overall, we considered these to be relatively small issues considering the reasonable rate charged.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: It was very clean and comfortable. Slept very well
3.0 Mediocre
Pros: Conveniently located right off the highway. The initial staff member was very kind and allowed us to check in early. He also helped us to change rooms because the first one smelled like an ash tray.
Cons: The first room we walked into smelled like a stale cigarette. The bathroom was disgusting and dirty. The shower head has rust on it and the floor grout was very dirty. The ceiling had been haphazardly repaired and then partially painted another color. The tops of the vending machines were thick with dust and the person who checked us out used the excuse “I’m short, so it’s hard to clean up there” The breakfast spread had the usual but was very slim sparse. We were there a few minutes after they opened and there was one apple and 3 bananas. I would not stay here again.

Which is too bad as it was close enough to our final destination that we would have re-booked there at least 2 to 3 times a year. Looking for somewhere else now.

Pros: Great pool area and hot tub. Updated rooms. Yes it can smell like chlorine. But that's them taking care of the pool in a wide open space with rooms around it. I love that setup. Everything else was as expected. Good value. Nice staff.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: We had issues with our room keys and the desk clerk was very helpful. He came and helped us get them to work.

Cons: Because of the way the hotel is set up with a large pool area it was very loud. I could hear kids yelling even when my door was closed and the tv was on. That was no fun.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: The hotel was phenomenally clean, friendly staff, surprisingly great rates.
Cons: The only negative was that we had less than 1/3 of a roll of toilet paper and no extra. However, we didn't need anymore and given the current bizarre panic our society has created, it wasn't a big deal.
3.0 Mediocre
Pros: WiFi decent
Cons: Overall cleanliness was horrendous. Mold around the toilets. Shower had sand in it. Hair all over bathroom floor. Someone walked in and used my bathroom while I was out getting dinner with my wife. Fortunately they let us switch rooms but either the key should be deactivated or staff should use their own facilities
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Clean, quiet and staff very helpful. When we checked in we asked for a room on 3 floor because the night before we were in Clarksville and got little sleep. Keagan was extremely accommodating! Great breakfast too. Would highly recommend this property!
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Modern room with ample supplies and comfort.
Cons: No fridge, no microwave, very noisy fan in bathroom.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Our room was very clean and comfy beds.
5.0 Okay
Cons: Front desk was not friendly or helpful. Acted like we were a bother and interrupting her work that needed to be done as a staff member while checking out and earlier when stopping by to ask a quick question. The question was not important enough to answer, just looked up with the standard "can I help you" and looked down before the question was answered. Definitely made it clear that she had better things to with whatever was on the computer screen instead of responding to a guest right in front of her. With what we are all facing in the near future regarding travel, customer service skills could make the difference with booking a hotel. Not impressed with your Janesville location.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Very helpful staff!!
7.0 Good
Pros: When we checked in the lady at the front desk, was so very nice & polite to us. Very clean & stocked well in the rooms with the covid 19 going on. They supplied the best they could. They were very nice to extend our check out time that we needed.
Cons: My husband said the mattress was too firm for his back. Was very different with the covid 19 going onto really say anything.
7.0 Good
Pros: Close to many stores, interstate, walk to Cracker Barrel across parking lot.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Two elevators. Silly, but at a different, similar sized hotel on this same trip, only one elevator. It made each trip into and out of the hotel much better.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Everything was great except the pool. Service, parking, cleanliness etc. all great. Breakfast was very good too.
Cons: We had issues with the pool water. We thought it was too much chlorine but when we asked, were told it was salt water. Burned eyes and blurry eyes for both of us for several hours until bed. ok the next a.m.
5.0 Okay
Cons: The room didn’t have a refrigerator in which I wish we could have used . The. Ed are out on ya metal base in which is a Little loud when moving. It was ok to stay

Cons: That the room was very cold cause some turned the terminate all the way down to its lowest setting.
2.0 Mediocre
Pros: Location
Cons: The place just needs some work done on it
3.3 Mediocre
Pros: I liked that it was in the town I was staying in. But that’s it.
Cons: I went to check in during the “after hours” at the window and no one was at the desk. I pressed the two buzzer/doorbells multiple times and nobody came. It want until I yelled that someone came out. The room was as cold as the outside and so I had to crank up the heat to get warm. The fan/heater was rusty and incredibly loud. The door has a gap between the wall and the door where you could see outside. So all the outside air seeps in. TV was super quiet, I had to have the volume to almost 50 to hear anything. For $60 I expect better. I may as well slept in my car.

Pros: Breakfast was simple but good, walking distance to town, and parking.
Cons: A little pricey for the area and hotel rating.
