Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's central location and affordable pricing, making it convenient for city access and budget travelers. However, many reviews highlight serious cleanliness and maintenance issues, including dirty rooms, old furnishings, and the presence of cockroaches. Service is frequently described as unresponsive or lacking basic amenities, with several guests reporting poor guest treatment and unhelpful staff. While a few guests appreciate the traditional ambiance and spacious rooms, the overall sentiment is negative due to the lack of upkeep and unsatisfactory service.
