Summary of reviews

Guests say

Guests consistently praise the hotel's central location, friendly and helpful staff, and useful amenities such as free onsen tickets, a kitchen, and a cozy common area. However, many reviews highlight serious cleanliness issues, particularly with bathrooms and showers, and some mention noise and accessibility challenges. Overall, the positive aspects are the convenient location, warm service, and added amenities, but cleanliness and bathroom conditions need improvement.
