Nicely furnished and decorated room with a big bed (for a single). The whole hotel had the same old-style and very personal feeling.
The hotel is quite a bit off the usual paths of Berlin visitor (I wouldn't necessarily pick it as abode for such trips.) It is well-connected to the S-Bahn trains and Autobahn, which makes up for that a bit...

Location excellent. Train station very close by with frequent links to central Berlin (every 10 minutes or so) til late. Just 1 stop from Cube. Lovely garden. This is a family run hotel, old style building with beautiful furnishings throughout. Breakfast good, staff very friendly. The manageress was very considerate. Highly recommended.

The house is very stylish, like on a small chateau :), we liked it, inside very quiet and clean. Everything you can need is there, including tasty and fine breakfast served in very nice orangerie with view into the garden and also the street around. We like the part of Charlottenburg with very nice houses and architecture, gardens. Into the centre 40 minutes with U2 metro.
Quite long distance by walk to the metro station and main road with noise very close (on photos is not so clear), but if you close the window it is not so bad.
