Pros (+) Breakfast facilities was fantastic despite being in the basement. Great location, and helpful front desk
Cons (-) The room above us had kids running arounf their room at 430am. Not the hotels fault, but maybe could have put them on the 1st floor.

Pros (+) Nice affordable rooms with a decent breakfast area. Good air conditioning/heating system and not very much traffic noise considering it's on a main road.
Cons (-) Walls seem to be pretty thin. On my first night, at around 10:30pm I could hear the room next door talking and laughing. The following morning, at 6am I could hear the same room (different guest) having a conference call.
