A New Favourite?
Overall great value for money, great size room, very spacious, extremely comfortable bed, good facilities in the rooms and a fantastic breakfast. We considered our room was very quiet for a very busy city centre location (right in the hub of the night life) and we found the staff very polite & friendly. For our annual Christmas stop-over in Birmingham this could possibly be our new favourite!
The only minor improvement in the room would be to have the toilet incorporated into the bathroom instead of being in a separate smaller room.
The size of the room and comfortable bed.
We only stayed one night!
I thought the food was good in the restaurant
I booked into the room at 11am but when retruning to the hotel at 6pm was told my room had been taken. An alternative was provided within an hour. However the TV didnt work in the room.
It was close to the things we wanted to see and do. It was also very comfortable.
The staff - friendly, helpful and very gard working.
Personally would not classify it as a 4 star hotel - even at the "Bonus" price of £140 it was overpriced. Then to add insult to inhury theres a £13 Car Park fee on top - should be ashamed of yourselves.
