First class family hotel
First class accomodation good family hotel, staff make you feel welcome, entertainment every night we were there, the room we had was spacies, breakfast was buffet with plenty of choices if its not there the will cook it for you We would return to this hotel and would recommend it to everyone

Brilliant Hotel
Stayed here at the end of November when my daughter and her dance school were competing at Winter Gardens in a dance competition. We have been going to this hotel twice a year for competitions. Good thing about this hotel in November is that there is a cafe bar which is part of the hotel so we don't need to leave the hotel for tea.
I have mobility issues and when bringing in my luggage there is hardly any room for my friend in the lift as it's very small.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Hotel in a good location. Lovely clean fresh white bed linen and towels. Breakfast really good choice and lovely and hot.
Very noisy guests staying at the same time as us. They were making them selves heard until two in the morning.
