The staff is amazing, the bed is comfy, and it was convenient to where I was doing business. They could offer more gluten free and seed oil free options for foods... not that allergy friendly.

Rooms are not setup for business travelers. The chair / work surface was not adjustable and not deep enough to work comfortably on. There were no quiet places in the lobby to work or talk. Music playing everywhere. Music blasting outside on the patio at 6am, why??

Pros (+) Well-maintained property, comfortable, clean and functional rooms. Excellent staff. Now my favorite place in the area.
Cons (-) Fitness center facilities are not great for a hotel this size. Some business travelers who have to do work may find the seating and improvised desk arrangement uncomfortable.

Pros (+) We love this hotel. There are 6 restaurants and several nice boutiques just a few steps out of the back door. It’s also 1/2 mile from a beautiful shopping mall with several more testy. There is a lot of action but you can’t hear anything in your room. All rooms are equipped with HDTVs that have streaming channel capabilities. Pros (+) The room was very nice, clean, well furnished-- everything I would expect in a higher-end hotel. Staff was pleasant, location near shopping center was convenient.
Cons (-) Temperature in the common areas was freezing! The hotel restaurants were closed in the afternoon.

Pros (+) When I showed up around 9:15p, the desk receptionist was fast, accurate and very nice in getting me checked in. he provided me with a room option that was good for me and I appreciated it. I was checked in within minutes of arrival. A very good experience. the room was neat, clean and very comfortable. The bed and reading chair were very suitable for the space and I was able to work effectively.
Cons (-) I had some confusion on where some outside walking options existed. I was there for a conference and did not feel the conference rooms were marked well from the hotel lobby. Early in the morning, prior to 8 am, there was cleaning activity next door in an adjoining room. I felt this was too soon.
