Pros (+) The cleanest smelling hotel we have ever experienced (you’ll understand when you stay) Beautiful decor, excellent pool area with a tiki bar, friendly and knowledgeable staff and a delicious breakfast buffet all made our stay perfect. Later checkout was appreciated also!
Cons (-) The hotel sales staff didn’t deliver what was contracted. The front desk was suppose to direct our group to have dinner together as they arrived and they failed to do that as well. Rooms were passable for the price. Beds are comfortable.
Pros (+) The pool is OK. The TV in the room was on the newer side and was a pretty good size. The location is good.
Cons (-) The place smells. Our room smelled skunky and the rest of the hotel smelled musty. The place is really old looking and needs a facelift in the worst way. It's rated as 4-star, but it is a 3-star, at best.
