Best hotel we had in Colombia! The breakfast was great. Personal really friendly, they didn't speak English very good but they try. We had airport service, which was also very fine! Hotel near by candelaria, good restaurants and Mount monserati.

This is the second time we are staying here, just after arrival in Colombia and now before our return to Germany. Very nice small boutique hotel. All rooms are different and uniquely decorated. Breakfast is very sufficient and with indeed friendly service personal. It is a three star hotel and has a fully appropriate selection of food, with fresh fruits, eggs made to any style, juice and good Colombian coffee for breakfast. The staff and reception is truly kind, cooperative and helpful at any time. We enjoyed the location centrally in the Candelaria, embedded within many museums and in walking distance to good small restaurants. The area Candelaria is not posh but just they way we've been looking for. When coming to Bogotá again, we will stay only here.

The location, very central, close to everything, friendly staff, nice room.
The space between toilet and wall was just approximately 15cm so it was difficult to really sit on the toilet. Also the flush of the toilet didn't work properly so you can imagine how that was... we told the staff and they managed to "free" the toilet again but for the rest of the time it still didn't work properly. The bathroom overall was very tiny (room 301).
