Cons:charged us more than the value more many services, tried to make us pay fees multiple times when they did not apply

Cons:Worst thing in hospitality business is when the customer is bluntly lied at in order not to provide the service or courtesy kindly asked for...from that moment on the customer feels like a mean to earn money and not as someone who should enjoy the hospitality. Sad attitude at The Click Clack hotel statrted....rest is barely relevant. Look for another great place around
Pros:This is a great chic hotel with friendly staff. Many different sizes of rooms in a good location.
Cons:I have stayed here many times but the room service food menu is awful ... some days I want breakfast in bed or stay in my room for dinner. They have 2 restaurants in the hotel but they only serve simple room service ...this makes me rethink my future stays here.
Pros:I stay here 5x a year. Good location. Friendly helpful staff, free mini bar, great rooms. I love the hotel with a few exceptions.
Cons:I stay here often and the room service choices here are awful. They have a full service restaurant downstairs and yet I can only order the same mini hamburger or sandwiches. I want coffee in the morning but there is no in room coffee maker. Sometimes I work from my room at lunch and it's the same bad options. Also Sometimes customers want breakfast in bed or to stay in a night and eat in their room. There are many restaurants nearby but it is a hassle. Also the concept of a do not disturb sign is foreign to this country. With my sign up I receive constant disruption. My room phone would ring 3x a day (at least) starting early asking about laundry or if I wanted my room cleaned. I have learned to unplug my phone here. I love the hotel but I really wish they would improve the room service menu. It would actually help the hotel make more money!

Pros:Loved the interior, furniture and very comfortable bed. The lounges were beautiful and breakfast was great.
Pros:I really enjoyed all the cutesy/funny design touches in this hotel. The look was very modern and original throughout, and parts felt like a design/art museum. I loved the patio on my "M" room, and wish I could have spent more time there. Mi novia and I really enjoyed hamburger bar on the roof level. I had heard some locals describe the hotel as a "gay" hotel, and while I think it definitely would have special appeal to a gay couple, the crowd was mixed, weighted toward young adult, with the odd toddler or two thrown in. It's within walking distance to lots of great cafes, parks and bars, and the area is very safe at all hours of the day/night.
Cons:Some of the basic things were a bit lacking: For example, there was only one normal outlet in the room, which is kind of odd given the high-tech nature of the Hotel. There were also USB-A outlets, but only one worked. The iPad in the room wouldn't charge or would restart frequently (and seemed gimmicky/unnecessary). The odd layout of the rooms might throw some people, and I found myself bumping into things more than usual. Staff was a little unresponsive at times, I tried to get a cable to my room and had to ask 5 times before being told they didn't have any. Breakfast was so-so. Overall though, a very nice experience.
Cons:Rooms get hot and no way to cool down.
Pros:The rooms are quiet even thought in Bogota that is difficult to manage. There is an exclusive disco on the top floor but we slept well. Friendly staff.
Cons:Check in lobby a bit chaotic, music in the 100 grams restaurant too loud.
