1.0 Poor
Pros: Location
Cons: The $100 incidental charge upfront. That tacky and outdated.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: I stayed there last minute while trying to get home during the corona virus pandemic. Facilities were great (as all Hamptons are) and the staff kept their "social distance" while still being helpful. Breakfast was cancelled due to food services being closed due to the pandemic, but a take out breakfast was offered. The hotel is right across the street from a large truck stop, but I was surprised that it was quiet and I was able to get a great night's sleep. The location worked out great for me, and despite looking at maps and seeing the confusion of highway intersections nearby, it was so easy to find the hotel when I left the turnpike. Definitely a good choice if you need lodging in this area!
Cons: Everything was fine!
8.0 Excellent

6.0 Good
Pros: Bed was very comfortable. Room was cleaned everyday.
Cons: Breakfast was generic food, met the expectation of free food. Orange juice was very watered down. Vent in the bathroom never worked. Vent in the bathroom was furry with dust and dirt. Shower drain stopper was on the side of the tub, not where it belonged. Woman who prepared and cleaned up breakfast had her cell phone turned up loud and on speaker so she could participate in a group conversation with others on the phone. Very distracting to those eating. When the dining area started to accumulate crumbs and napkins on the floor the three people behind the main desk just watched the lobby TV. Loud conversations between the group of people behind the desk and the dining room person and as staff would come and go. Easy fixes to make for a great return!

Pros: The staff was great. The hotel is an $8 Uber ride to the Princeton Junction station and also right by a mall, although I didn't explore it. The bed wasn't the softest but it was comfortable.
Cons: The room is teeny tiny, I would suggest this only if you were doing what I was which was coming from a late flight, sleeping over, and then going somewhere else. The AC was also funky with how it worked. I couldn't get it to kick in for a while.

1.0 Poor
Pros: The room
Cons: Yes. The fire alarm went off at 1:30 am and the fire company had to show up. I was told that this happens quite frequently. I had to get up early for a flight. Had a horrible night sleeping. Only rented the room because I didn't feel like driving early
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Did’t get to have the breakfast because I over slept in the most comfortable bed ever!!!
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Rooms are equipped with kitchenettes. Great shower with optional wand. Interesting breakfast. Coffee always available. Nice happy hour with wine, beer, and cheese.
Cons: No hair dryers. When I arrived early I got a room. It was in the process of being cleaned, the sheets were off one bed, and the bare mattress had several pee stains. This must be common. Maybe wrap mattresses in plastic first?
2.0 Mediocre
Pros: Location
Cons: A lot of problems including AC not working-then not fixed-eventually had to move to another room that had mold in the shower and cleaning never occurred after our first night.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: We loved everything about this hotel and would definitely go back there in future visits to NJ. The staff was friendly and rooms were spotless. The complimentary breakfast and complimentary wine/beer between 5:30 and 7:30 pm were a plus.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Very clean and staff was fast and professional!
Cons: This pandemic! The hotel stay was awesome!
9.0 Excellent
Pros: location perfect, good breakfast, staff helpful
5.1 Okay
Pros: Overall, the accommodations were fine. I was assigned the wrong room at check in, and when I attempted to swap or have this changed I was met with resistance. Assistant Manager stated he was full and the rm was the same price because we were given a handicapped accessible rm. however, I specifically reserved (and prepaid) for a suite with a pull out couch. When I looked online, rms were still available.
Cons: it was a decent hotel. Fine for travelers, especially business related travelers. Everyone seemed very “young” and not very interested in making their customers happy. eg offering to see if a fresh pot of coffee could be brewed. Nothing major, overall decent.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: The bed was very comfortable
6.0 Good
Pros: Bed was comfy. Room was clean and totally non-smoking.
Cons: In house breakfast was mediocre. Lighting in the room was not bright enough. We just needed a room with a king bed....we got a room with a full kitchen and sofa and computer desk and set up more suitable to a convention type gathering. But no bar.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Is a clean place with nice breakfast

Cons: I think the air conditioner was on all night, other than that, fabulous.
4.0 Okay
Pros: The breakfast was good. The room was updated and spacious. Nice bathroom.
Cons: When we checked in the fire alarm was going off for 20 minutes. The staff was in a panic. People were panicked. We had a headache all night. You could hear kids running up and down the halls. When we checked out, they tried to charge me $58 for food/drink from the bar, but I never used the bar once.

Pros: The staff were the best part. The front desk manager or supervisor, hotel employee and the other fellow she was working with when I checked in were very nice.

Pros: Location to where we needed to go.
Cons: Very noisy with conjoined rooms. Plan ahead and stay on weekends where there isn't a sports tournament nearby. Kids are extremely noisy and slamming doors all morning and night. Also, bed sheets smelled kind of old and musty. The room was very clean.

Pros: The room

Pros: The staff was polite, however not helpful. The young man on duty was not trained correctly on how to register prepaid customers. Read below. What upset me was the fact the manager did not approach or notify me in the AM about the possible overcharge.
Cons: I was inconvenienced. Upon my arrival around 2am, I checked my itinerary. I noticed I was charged again for my stay. I went down to speak with the front desk person. We discussed the possible overcharge close to 3 am. I was exhausted the following day.
