The Cable and Chromecast didn’t work for my entire stay due to a broken part that was delayed in shipment. This impacted three floors. Would’ve appreciated a discount ...

I was a little disappointed with the lack of services “due to covid”. Plus, the shower did not get very warm and had a very low flow. We were cold getting out of the shower. It is a great location to be able to walk to the North End and the historic sites, but don’t expect Hyatt luxury.
