Pros: The cleanliness location and facilitation of connecting rooms. Happy for breakfast and free parking

Pros: The weather was very cold, so my son and I enjoyed the indoor pool and the hot jacuzzi. The rooms have all the necessary. The only thing with the hotel is that is very close to the highway and that makes it a little noisy. The breakfast was good.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Location, upkeep, cleanliness and professional service.
4.0 Okay
Pros: Room was clean and ready upon arrival.
Cons: The night I stayed at the hotel was the night I proposed to my girlfriend. Unfortunately, I was on the third floor and had my room keys not work until the third set I was given. Then after getting into my room, young kids were running up and down the hallways making a ton of noise throughout the evening. I stayed at this hotel to have a special night with my future wife and ended up frustrated all evening. In the morning, the hallways were littered with sunflower seeds and dirty napkins all over the floor, and kids joyriding the elevators. I was extremely upset with my stay.

Cons: No place for 2 people to sit in the room
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Staff was helpful with us checking out late. And we were welcome to bring drinks to the main building lobby and look at the historical exhibits and sit by the fire.
Cons: Parking was a pain so $30 valet was necessary. But it was right in downtown, really great location with the state house literally across the street, so no surprise.
9.7 Excellent
Pros: Very comfortable / excellent staff / fabulous location
8.0 Excellent
Pros: The hotel staff were extremely courteous and helpful, from reception to housekeeping. Also, the engineer who responded to a need in the bathroom. Room decor and comfort of the bed was very nice.
Cons: Responsiveness and timeliness of the valet for car parking and retrieval was mediocre at best.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The Location
Cons: The parking situation was really bad. You have no choice but to Valet park for 30$ a night.
3.0 Mediocre
Cons: I reserved the room before the pandemic shut down the universe. My room rate was non refundable. That never concerned me as we planned the visit for my son’s college graduation. With the government stay home order in both Virginia and Maryland, the graduation was not held and no travel was allowed. We have still not been able to empty his dorm room. I would have hoped such a well established business as vital to Annapolis as The College of St. John’s would have made an exception to the no refund policy. It was very disappointing.

7.0 Good
Pros: I loved the gorgeous Regatta Ballroom and the overall decor of the hotel was amazing - and the location was great.
Cons: The room wasn't as clean as other four-star hotels I've stayed in. It wasn't awful, but it wasn't perfect either. The bathroom floor was sticky and there was a hair in my bed. The wallpaper in the bathroom is starting to look worn.
5.6 Okay
Pros: I liked the location close to downtown Annapolis and the football stadium. Staff gave good directions to get to the stadium and when. Families of Naval Academy grads were welcomed warmly
Cons: No
6.4 Good
Pros: We liked the valet service and car parking. It was a short stay and we appreciated having food avialable at the morning buffet and at the bar. We left the area after our grandson received an award at Commencement, but needed an extra hour before checking out. Thanks
6.0 Good
Pros: Nice hotel, great location for Annapolis. You could walk from the hotel to downtown in under 10 minutes. Great hotel shuttle that would drop you off anywhere you want in downtown.
6.0 Good
Pros: Location
Cons: The $200 per night price seemed too expensive for the room. We had a view of a back alley and the room, although very clean, was only average. The hotel was hosting a dog convention and I did not like the thought of sleeping in a bed that probably had been used for dogs to sleep in. Also there was a doging barking on Sunday morning. Not fun to wake up to.
7.6 Good
Pros: Great service. Used concierge for special requests and everything was wonderful. They were very welcoming and accomodating.

6.0 Good
Pros: Accessible and convenient location to the city of Annapolis. Nice reception station, lobby and restaurant area. Staff was knowledgeable, friendly, attentive and great. Housekeepers were also the same.
Cons: Room lightening could have been better. There is a need for more centrally located overhead lights in the bedroom area. Overall the room was too dark. the heating was not consistent, the blower was loud, the air was cold and setting the temperature was problematic. the temperature gauge didn't stay set. The temperature reverted back to it's original setting which was too cold. The type of Bath doors didn't provide enough privacy.

4.0 Okay
Pros: Refrigerator and television works
Cons: I've stayed in Best Western before, this was the most disappointing; it needs updates, the inner secure lock is a mere chain. There was a small cockroach on the toilet seat the first night. The following morning, there was a large hornet clinging to the lampshade. For the daily rate, please dispense with the brown synthetic blanket, it's an unpleasant color to and the texture is flimsy, a simple cotton quilt will do. When I asked for the miniature plain half & half containers, the receptionist handed me hazlenut flavored, then vanilla, apparently having difficulty reading the labels; it took three attempts to find the plain half & half which I had to point out.
7.0 Good
Pros: It was clean And quiet.
Cons: It appeared online to not be a motor hotel. The rooms bathroom was outdated and cramped.
