Overview

The Landmark resort of BridgeWalk is located in the picturesque Bradenton Beach. The hotel is styled after the classic Key West vibe, and it is proudly perched on historic Bridge Street on Anna Maria Island.

The 28 spacious rooms feature plenty of amenities. Many of the rooms are adjoining to accommodate larger families or groups of friends. Plus, there are irons and ironing boards provided, the beds are triple sheeted, and there is daily maid service. Beach chairs and beach towels are available for guest use as well. The property has complimentary WiFi, and all of the interior rooms are non-smoking.

The majority of the guest rooms run about 800 square feet, plus there is an additional verandah for enjoying the balmy ocean breezes. The floors are tiled in keeping with the beachy vibes of the property, and the bathrooms have granite countertops for an added touch of luxury. Most of the rooms are outfitted with jacuzzi bathtubs.

Besides frolicking in the ocean waves, there is plenty to do during a stay at BridgeWalk. The SeaRenity Spa offers guests a spot to de-stress and relax with massages, facials, and other treatments. The Island Time Bar & Grill serves hand-crafted cocktails which can be sipped while watching the sunset in the evenings. Plus, there are all the nearby attractions that Anna Maria Island has to offer. The city is an eclectic mix of shopping, dining, and nightlife options to explore. Plus, there are all the historic elements like the clock tower to be enjoyed.

Pros (+) The room was clean. The screened porch was nice.
Cons (-) We were in a back room. We were sandwiched in between the post office loading zone & a parking lot. Don’t reserve this property if you are going for the beach! There were no views of anything out of the only two Windows in the room. Finally, there was no elevator. Be prepared to haul everything up two or three floors.

Pros (+) The room was nice & clean.
Cons (-) We have a view of the parking lot & the post office loading zone. It’s quite a disappointment when expecting to see or be near a beach. The rooms are dark with only two windows, one in the living room & one in the bathroom. For privacy, with the parking lot, etc, we have to keep them closed.
