Pros: this was our second time staying at this property and the service was as good as we remembered it. great location, nice breakfast spread, wonderful friendly staff and good amenities all round. worth mentioning that we stayed here in winter and we had absolutely no issues with heating or hot water, which was very appreciated while coming back from the outside cold temperatures. thanks to everyone for making our stay great, we will definitely be back every chance we get!

Cons: if you are driving, parking is difficult, but it's not something that can be helped by the hotel, due to its central location. we did however find paid parking quite easily about 1km away at Regina Maria underground parking, and we paid around 15$ for 2 full days parking, which was quite reasonable.

Cons: Check-in time is 15.00 P.M. and check-out time is 11.00 A.M. instead of usual 12.00 P.M., which is not justified by the small number of rooms to be cleaned. In the hotel brochure the check-out time is marked as 12.00 P.M. (and check-in time is 14.00 P.M.) and also on other booking site. Extremely noisy in the morning at 8.00 A.M., when it seems like about one thousand plates and glasses where ranged and rearranged in breakfast room. All noises, from breakfast and from cleaning are heard through the very thin door. Smell of food in the hallway and stairway, which is not separated from the breakfast/bar/restaurant room. Missing one bedside table or commode. In the room.

Cons: I asked about the sauna, I was informed it has been turned on and in 10 minutes it can be used. After 35 minutes of walking around the spa, it was still off. Upon trying to talk with the emploeyees, the woman was talking on the phone with some friend, laughing and ignoring me.

Cons: I got one of the three star rooms at this 4 star hotel to save some $. They are out back and up some stairs. I should have specified a non-smoking room. The room seemed a bit dingy. The bedspread and curtains were something out of the 70s, but the bed was comfortable and room wasn't bad. I was going for value, since I had the room for maybe 17 hours and was in it less than 8. It served its purpose.

Cons: The apartment was dated and not what the pictures show it to be, massively misleading. Bathroom wasn’t pleasant to be in, leaking and broken toilet flusher so it wouldn’t flush properly and as a whole smelt awful. Could smell damp throughout the apartment. The bed is quite uncomfortable and no cleaning service was provided whilst we stayed. When I come back I want be staying here again which is a shame really because it is a nice location.

Cons: The hotel saw better days (including: the bed, the mattress, the couch, the towels, the sheets, the bathrooms etc.). There was no investment in the mantainace (wellfaire) of the hotel for a long time and it shows (well maybe small fixes). The photos became inaccurate. The bathroom taps were not working properly. The towels were changed after 4 days because we asked them to, also we thrown out our trash (we were afraid it won't be collected).

Cons: Everything ... The apartament is nothing like on the advert and this is very mis leading. The rooms are nothing like on the pictures. The manager does not care about complaints. Even the cleaner was so embarrassed and told us the pictures were from years ago. The owner who lives in Italy will not re invest any money and many people complain and never return !!!! Damp everywhere and rusty fittings in the bathroom ... Disgusting property and would never return.
