Huge window the length of the room, so plenty of light coming in and a nice viewing over the river. Bathroom modern and clean. Coffee making facilities in room too with a fridge with bear, water, juice included in price of the room. Spa area excellent. Would definitely stay there again upon visiting Bremen.

Pros: The room was neat and tidy with modern facilities. The sauna was nice.
Cons: The cleaning staff were not good at restocking things - I had to repeatedly ask for coffee, creamer, water, etc to be sent up after the cleaners had been through. Often they'd take away dirty towels, and not replace them. I had to ask for a second bath robe and slippers. When I emailed the reception about this, they never replied. The location is a bit out the way. The restaurant prices were steep (eg 22 euro each for breakfast). It remonded me why I now prefer to stay in hotel alternatives, as the convenience of the hotel often becomes an inconvenience.

Pros: The location of the hotel is right across the road from the Main Train station so it's perfect if you are leaving early from the Hauptbahnhof. We had a room with a living area and bedroom. This was excellent for us as we also had a fridge that we used to store milk in and brought our own nespresso capsules to use in the machine in the morning. The shower was hot and powerful. There was plenty of storage. The beds were larger than a single - probably a queen and there were two of them plus a double sofa bed. They were very comfortable.

Cons: We were on 4th floor in room 414 and unfortunately there was loud music on the Friday and Saturday. A deep beat noise which sounded as if it was coming from a nightclub somewhere. There was also considerable noise from the tram line that runs right outside. A room at the back or on a higher floor might have helped. The shower leaked all over the bathroom floor - this needs to be corrected by the hotel.

Except that I did spoke to the manager about the changed in my work plan that I have to check out to Gootingen from 12/16 to 12/19, the manager was okay and agree will not charge me during the time that I was in Gootingen. I check back the hotel on 12/20/19 and check out on 12/21/19 the front desk charged me for the time that I was not occupy the room from 12/16/19 to 12/19/19. I did email to request however get no respond. Thanks

Pros: The best things about this hotel: clean, friendly staff, and internet. The ice cream was also good. (I tried no other food, and did not visit the fitness room.) The room I had faced in the direction of the Atrium, but I was high enough to see the glass roof instead of people at dinner, which was fine.

Cons: Room temperature was way to high. Adjustment knob did not affect the high temperature. Car chargers are not reserved for hotel guests, ans in use by public cars. And only 4 kiloWatts which is not enough for a modern car.

They can start to fix something at 08:00 o’clock in the morning with HAMMER...And it is very normal because they put warning shield at the lobby. They don’t make up the room as long as you don’t notify it to lobby one day before. This is the hotel policy. Can’t say something.

Except that I did spoke to the manager about the changed in my work plan that I have to check out to Gootingen from 12/16 to 12/19, the manager was okay and agree will not charge me during the time that I was in Gootingen. I check back the hotel on 12/20/19 and check out on 12/21/19 the front desk charged me for the time that I was not occupy the room from 12/16/19 to 12/19/19. I did email to request however get no respond. Thanks

Pros: The best things about this hotel: clean, friendly staff, and internet. The ice cream was also good. (I tried no other food, and did not visit the fitness room.) The room I had faced in the direction of the Atrium, but I was high enough to see the glass roof instead of people at dinner, which was fine.
Cons: My room was too small. I‘ve stayed here before, and normally a room has space a desk or table. My room had a poker table, but no room for the players...space for one chair only. Getting a room on the top floor, I thought, would mean an especially spacious, comfortable room. So I was a bit disappointed.

Location is perfect, next to hauptbahnhof, and there are many available transportation options so you can visit other cities. Tram No.6 takes you from airport directly to hotel doorstep. City Center is just 10 minutes walk. Hotel stuff was nice, polite and doing everything they can to support our needs. Room was clean, warm, not noisy, bed was comfortable, all was good.

Cons: Not much to dislike, but if you are really peaky and given the price of the hotel you can say that the towels looked old - but were clean and regularly changed, the early check in was not possible, but that was expected given that the hotel is almost full with guests, the room is a bit outdated but nonetheless functional and in good condition, wi-fi can have issues from time to time, but generally works ok. However these were all minor things. I really liked the place and will come back again.

Cons: The service at the restaurant was a little bit awkward. Caesar salad at € 18 per serving appeared to be without chicken! We expressed surprise. After that, we got the pieces of chicken on a separate plate. However, the chicken was delicious.

Cons: The carpets need replacing and the walls need painting - all quite dirty. I wrote and arranged for two connecting rooms before I arrived, but was told they don’t have any for me when I got there. I have an 8 and 12 year old and they expected them to stay down the corridor. They didn’t believe they had promised me this....I had to dig out an email to prove I wasn’t lying....quite insulting and annoying....

Yet you are still Bremen city centre within minutes using the tram (next station just 100m away). The breakfast was excellent as well. The parking space is big and reasonably secured.

We were upgraded to a bigger room without asking, and we appreciate it a lot. It was clean and comfortable with a nice breakfast. The position regarding the city center is also very convenient. We will surely return.

But, it was on the corner of two busy streets so I was glad to have a room that faced the courtyard as it was much quieter. My two dogs were happy with the stay, but the room was a bit dated in decor and style. The room size was fairly large, and the hard-surface floor made it very pet friendly.

Pros: We booked the room with family bed. It was confirmed by booking.com. as result we were offered the room with two beds one of them was unintended to sleep. It was really broken and awfully creaked. We informed the waitress and received the answer that nothing was possible to change. As a compensation she proposed to us free parking. We agreed. The apotheosis of our staying in this hotel was the moment of our departure. While returning the key early in the morning 02.01.2020 the Male person standing at the reception after checking computer told me that I had to pay the room. BUT WE PAID! The hole price! We paid cash. It was on the New Year Eve. This guy said that in "Germany is impossible to pay and not to receive any confirmation of paying." Imaging yourself on my place! The problem was settled by the women who received from the payment and fortunately came to the work at 7.00 in the morning 02.01.2020. She whispered something in Male person year, made some clicks in the computer and after that we received the invoice. Frankly speaking after 13 years of travelling across Germany it is a unique experience.

Cons: The personnel was not unfriendly but not the most competent (especially at the reception, the breakfast-crew was much better). They do their job, but you should not expect anything extra. While the rooms are big enough and have everything you need, the building itself is past its best days.
