Good service, Great car

Pros: I was lucky to get a great car on my rental. Seat Leon FR-great value for money. No issues with car pick up and most importantly, no issues with drop off-no extra charges, no issues.

Cons: All good-can't complain on single thing.

Pros: We added 40€ insurance on our booking, and when we arrived to the rental Car office they told Us it wasn't any insurance And we had to pay 91€. I tried to find some telephone of Kayak to claim At that moment And after 10 minutes searching, we only find a USA phone where it was impossible to contact. Really unpleasant experience. With Thrifty was OK, But with Kayak, we will never book again.

Deposit money

Pros: A kind person at the desk when pick up. A new car!

Cons: Sent mail but anybody didn't reply. Called 31.07.17 - they promised return me back 106 euro - remain of deposit (144 euro already received) but I didn't get it yet. Drop off a car was unclear. Nobody wasn't there at night, security of an airport explained me how I can leave the car and a key.

Could not get a receipt for my rental

Cons: I returned the car at 9:45 PM on Friday, 75 minutes before the closing hour. Unfortunately, I could not get a receipt. I was simply asked to leave the car and drop the car key in a drop box and was told that I will be emailed the receipt. I am writing one week later and I still can not get my receipt back and I have no confirmation from budget that that they received the car. There is no way to communicate with budget... and all the phone numbers they provide lead me to automatic messages that are all in German. Even their website (www.budget.de) does not seem to have an English version!
