Close to everything clean and tidy
Room was so small felt like a giant in there
Breakfast was very disappointing, my husband had to buy a cup of coffee across the road after we had left breakfast because the coffee was very poor quality. He ordered 2 poached eggs on sourdough eggs where fine sourdough he did not touch, so in all breakfast was very disappointing, my husband will not go back to that place ever not even if the food was free.
The location was excellent, we did not eat there so cannot comment. The facilities such as pool and gym looked to be excellent. A good hotel for business and also family stays.
The lighting was poor and there was no place to put our suitcases. High rise building being erected next door but not noisy.
Very central location. Close to shops, restaurants, mall and riverside. Walk to Southbank and cultural precinct.
Having only paid wifi is very annoying.
Location and clean rooms.
We booked a week in advance (3 rooms in the same booking.) None of these rooms were on the same level as would have been expected in a group booking. The lift system and limit of 1 key per room with no option for more made it almost impossible for my team to spend any time together. When checking in my staff were not able to get into their rooms unless I was there which defeated the whole purpose of putting the separate names down on each room. Due to this I had to leave an event I was at and get across the city to get them checked in. The room bond was outrageously high. When booking it was stated as a $200 incidentals which seemed reasonable. On arrival we found that the total of bond was more expensive than the accommodation itself. Multiple times we had to take the lift keys back to reception as they were not working. The lady at check in was rude and very disinterested in even being at work. Although we left specific requests for bedding arrangements none of the fold out beds were made up and there were not enough towels/ bedding for the amount of guests. The lady at the front desk suggested that 3 of my male staff share 1 double bed to avoid having to make up the additional bed. To top the whole experience off one of the rooms was then moved last minute. After the team had put there bags in the original room they were then told they had to move their belongings to a completely different level. Very disappointing experience. Certainly will not be staying again.
