Restaurant & Design Hotel Noem Arch

The room was too small. No table and chair to work on. Not an appropriate hotel for business travellers.

The hotel, it’s policies, and most of all its extremely rude and arrogant manager who is surely not qualified to be one. We booked a family for 2 adults and child, having paid for all three on booking.com, the manager still insisted an additional payment for the child. That small detail apart, we were informed only 24 hours prior to our arrival that our room is just over a reception hall were a wedding will be held. After the first night we asked the manager to cancel the remaining two nights as the noise till 3am was totally unbearable, his answer was that we still have to pay for two nights. Once we refused and after we called booking.com he became aggressive start threatening in front of our 7 year old child and even called his police friends to scare us off to pay. Of course, we still refused to pay so then he turned on his reception (who tried to help us), and said, ‘ok, you want to help them, charge them one night and I will deduct the other night from your salary’. Horrid, absolutely horrid. Needless to say, book somewhere else.
