Guests consistently praised the hotel's central location, making it convenient for exploring the area. Many found the rooms clean and the beds comfortable, with several appreciating the building's historic charm and decor. However, there were repeated complaints about the limited breakfast options and value, small room sizes, and some negative experiences with staff service. Despite these drawbacks, the overall atmosphere and heritage of the hotel were positively noted.
