The staff was very friendly and polite I just wish to elevator was working seeing how my room was on the third floor other than that everything was fine.
Pros (+) Cynthia was amazing!
Cons (-) Hard to enter property, better signage needed.

Cons (-) The elevator was broken and we had to enter by an outside stairwell. It was dirty and very inconvenient. The hotel was a notch below what I would like, but the price was right.
Pros (+) Large suite, very clean, well laid out. Great desk service and airport shuttle, good location near airport and freeways. Good wifi. No noise problems for us.
Cons (-) They were in an extended period of renovating the elevator, so all entry and exit was through the stairways at the ends of the building. This was inconvenient and not very secure. I suspect that when the elevator is finished this issue will be resolved.
Pros (+) It was quiet and private.
Cons (-) My refrigerator froze all my food and they didn't do anything about it. I told them twice about it. There was an absorbent amount of water on the window sill.
