Pros (+) Nothing. Needs were uncomfortable. Then my stay turned into a nightmare.
Cons (-) The staff checked me in after giving my non-refundable booking confirmation number. Then in the morning they called me and told me that the room had not been paid. The manager asked me for my credit card to verify if the numbers were correct.
