Summary of reviews

Guests say
Most guests had a negative experience, citing poor service, cleanliness issues, and problems with payment and communication. Many described the hotel as more of a pension than a hotel, with uncomfortable beds, old linens, and a general lack of maintenance. The value for price was questioned by several reviewers, and the location was not always considered convenient. However, a few guests did mention friendly staff and low prices as positives.
