Cons (-) Room was dirty. Linens did not look clean. There was all kinds of black strands of string on the white linens. Floor was dirty and not vacuumed.
Pros (+) Directly across the street from airport. Clean. Comfortable beds. Really nice shampoo/conditioner.
Cons (-) The restaurant wasn't good.
Pros (+) - Bigger room configured nicely - Very clean - Excellent staff - Best hotel in the neighbourhood
Cons (-) Nothing negative
Pros (+) The beds were very comfy shower area nice and clean lines. Room was clean and comfortable
Cons (-) Would like more lighting in the room
Pros (+) The Aloft properties in the Sheraton company are nice, comfortable hotels with pleasant rooms and welcoming lobbies. This hotel has a nice pool, good fitness room and a lobby stocked with games including a pool table. Having families using them gave the place a nice, sociable atmosphere. Located just across from the airport and not to far off I-90 it is easy to get to. I stayed here twice, on both...
Cons (-) The modern decor in the rooms means roller shades and no sheer curtain that would let daylight in but preserve privacy. This is a big drawback. I had difficulty controlling the temperature in the rooms in both ends of my trip. The fancy 7-day, programmable thermostat seems like overkill for a hotel room. The food in the lobby seems pricey. Feeding a family there could really set you back.

Pros (+) Close to airport with shuttle service, friendly staff
Cons (-) Avoid in winter. Entire lobby and bar area close to freezing. Heater couldn't keep up with cold air from front doors. Could see my breath inside.
Pros (+) Great hotel right across from the airport. Friendly staff. Room was clean. Great walk in shower. Will stay great again when I have an early flight.
