Main elevator couldn't respond to Digital Keys for the entire stay, with no attempt at repair or redress. There was a leak around the base of the toilet, leading to puddles of water on the unused bathroom floor.

Pros (+) Staff was friendly and responsive when addressing my complaints. The gym had basic equipment and was organized and appeared clean. End.
Cons (-) upon arrival the toilet seat was noticeably dirty and parking was not available due to hotel capacity. The bed was hard and uncomfortable. The hotel room was not thoroughly cleaned including floors, toilet, sink and counter. I found items under bed and side table from previous guests.
