Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel for its prime location near the mall and city center, making it very convenient for shopping and travel. Cleanliness is also frequently highlighted, with many reviews noting tidy rooms and improved amenities. Value for money is another strong point, as guests find the rates affordable for the quality provided. While service receives mixed feedback—some staff are described as helpful and accommodating, others, especially at the front desk, are seen as lacking in customer service. Bed comfort is generally positive, though a few guests mention issues with air conditioning, noise, and dated facilities. Overall, the positives outweigh the negatives, making it a recommended choice for many travelers.
