The place really needs some work. And a few upgrades would do wonders. A floor strip by the shower to keep the water from flooding the whole bathroom would make a world of difference. The Wi-Fi constantly kicks you off as soon as you are not using it, such as when you lock your phone. Overall, for the cost of the place, it is a good value.
