Pros (+) Room was modern, clean and comfortable; pool also clean and attractive (but walled in with no views). Free parking and hot breakfast with daily variations in addition to regular items (eggs, bacon, sausage, fruit, cereal, waffles, etc). Fairfield Cabo san Lucas is a great value, consistent with Marriott/Fairfields found in the US.
Cons (-) West-facing window overlooks trashy back of bar/restaurant; loud music was audible but not loud. Not the fault of the hotel; other rooms likely wouldn't notice.
