Pros (+) The front desk staff were a mixed bunch. They seem to be cross training new staff. The overall experience is fine. The rooms are clean and the response time of the staff is pretty decent.
Cons (-) This location of the hotel is a bit on the older style. Sometime the key card doesn't work and you might need to go to the front desk to re-activate it. The pool jacuzzi doesn't work. Perhaps it'll be fixed soon.

Pros (+) Front desk staff were fantastic and accommodating, nice pool albeit shallow. Clean rooms, comfy beds and TV with cable and HDMI options.
Cons (-) Waitress in the restaurant was very rude, to the point of purposefully turning us away from eating there so she could get home early. The staff member who came to close the pool ignored us entirely when we asked him something, just stared and shook his head and walked out.

Pros (+) The staff is amazing here. There are helpful friendly courteous and on top of it. As a customer I myself appreciate customer service. I don't need u to treat me like royalty but appreciate that my continued service would be appreciated. That is what my stay reflected. That you appreciate me as a customer and would like me to come back.
Cons (-) Small cramped changeroom in pool area. Not much u can do biut this though. If I continue to stay with your Hotel will just have to plan for it. Carpet in room reflects your attitude and makes u feel like this is why it is cheap. Not really though cuz other motels have better carpet for same pricing. Could use some updates
