The room was too small
Location was great as directly opposite subway which was only ten mins to downtown. Only 15 min walk to Harvard. And had small shopping centre across the road for daily essentials.
Little bit expensive for the facilities available.
Location and ambiance - outstanding. Pleasant staff at desk upon check in; very inviting atmosphere at Colette, onsite French bistro.
Seemingly disinterested response from (same) front desk staff when we learned our vehicle was too tall to be parked in onsite garage. While we understand that was out of their control, he/they were quite dismissive and disinterested in helping us find a solution -- went so far as to reply "yes I really don't know and cannot help you' when we inquired as to where we might find (pay) parking in the local vicinity for our vehicle. As they knew (and were reminded) that we were out of STATE guests with a vehicle needing overnight parking, they might have even feigned interest in helping us. When we finally (over)tipped a reluctant valet, we were able to find a spot for our vehicle. This entire interaction put a damper not only on our evening but our experience that to that moment, had been perfect.
Kind and polite staff. clean, comfortable and silent room, good position near metro station.
a little bit too expensive for the service. Breakfast in the near restaurant too expensive.
Clean Nice room
