8.8 Excellent
Pros: Very helpful, English-speaking staff on reception made me welcome.
Cons: I would have liked muesli for breakfast
9.2 Excellent
Pros: In general, it is indeed an excellent hotel.
Cons: I would expect that such a good hotel would be closer to the airport. Campo Grande is a pretty small city compared to big cities like Sao Paulo, I guess I'm just being lazy.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Fantástic Breakfast! And the restaurant for SUnday luch was superb!
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Helpful staff and facilities, especially earlier morning meals
Cons: A bit far from town centre
2.5 Mediocre
Pros: Nothing really. There was one sensible person at checkin but she was sadly overruled by the 'manager' (Victor Marcos) on duty.
Cons: Ridiculous checkin process where they claim they want to ID you however don't take sensible precautions and want to copy your documents for no apparent reason. The manager then proudly stated, we will throw it in the thrash when you leave so you have nothing to worry about. This is exactly the reason they should NOT be making copies of sensitive documents given the propensity for identity theft etc. This is the only hotel in the world where this has stopped checkin.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Everything top notch
Cons: Pool area looked nice but pool itself v small only children’s padding pool really

8.3 Excellent
Pros: We stayed on a high floor and the views were breathtaking. The staff were very helpful even speaking some English to assist us. The apartments are very spacious and were clean enough.
Cons: The apartments were an unusual layout and the bathroom was very tight to move around in. It was old and much of the furniture was tired but clean. Not good sound proofing since we woke to a lot of noise from neighbors in the corridor.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Great breakfast, good location, spacious room, loved the glass elevator.
Cons: The beds are a little hard and it would be nice if the last level (cobertura) was developed because the view from up there would be beautiful!
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Everything else
Cons: The bathtub was old. The room doesn't get much dark during the day cause the curtains weren't the "black out" type and there was nothing else to block the sun with. The elevators were old and screechy... it didn't feel very safe

Beautiful bedroom with a just fine sized bathroom plus a bathtub that fits 2 people perfectly. Don’t miss the breakfast. There’s a large table with so many options to choose and no empty plates. The staff are constantly replacing the dishes. Enjoy your stay because I’m going back there for sure!!
3.8 Mediocre

8.8 Excellent
Pros: Spotlessly clean, modern refurbished room with fridge, TV and aircon. Bathroom also immaculate with clean, new white towels and toiletries. No noise at all so slept well and a huge, good breakfast buffet to choose from. Cheap and cheerful but good restaurants and snack bars near by. I can’t fault it for value for money: it’s simple but you have everything you need and it’s all decent. We stayed here before and after our Pantanal trip and they held some luggage for us. Some English spoken which was useful.
Cons: Nothing really about the hotel. The area looks a bit run down, especially the old bus station but we felt safe and walked around in the evening.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Inexpensive and good breakfast. Fine for an overnight stop over. Uber very cheap to get to restaurant in town
Cons: Room was very small and noisy. Only got bath towels.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Perfect stop off point for Pantanal trips. Clean, simple, modern with everything you need, even a decent hairdryer. Huge choice at the breakfast buffet and friendly staff. Good place and great value for money. Would definitely stay again if I came back to Campo Grande.
Cons: Honestly can’t think of anything. It’s not a 5 star hotel but you have everything you need and it is super clean and comfortable. Surrounding area a little bit down at heel but not unsafe.

Cons: size of bedroom
7.1 Good
Pros: Showers
Cons: Tv channels and Internet Quality
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Breakfast is amazing. Just across the street there is a nice and big park with lots of parrots and capibaras
Cons: The room is really small
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Great location for us, clean, comfortable
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Smooth and swift check in despite very late arrival from airport. The room looks like student accommodation i.e. it is small, but the space is used intelligently. It was clean and functional with somewhere to hang clothes, a small desk and a small television. The shower was good. You have to go down to reception to sign out a hairdryer, which you are allowed for 2 hours. Free WiFi was great.
Cons: There is not much room around the side of the bed, but it works for a short stay. The toilet is in a separate room to the shower, which is quite small for my rugby playing husband to manoeuvre in with the door closed. Breakfast very heavy on the carbs- bread, cake, toastie maker. But there is also flavoured yoghurt, eggs and fruit.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Breakfast was wonderful. Fresh juices, bread and cake. The hotel also has a lot of great options for snacks and drinks available for purchase at fair prices. We sat on the lobby and had a night cap. Great cost-benefit ratio for our stay.
Cons: There was no minifridge in the bedroom. There was also no safe in the bedroom. The wall looked like there was a blood stain next to the bed. The toilet is in a small closet separate from the shower. That closet is excessively small, we can't even pull our pants on with the door closed.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Extra comfortable bed. Smart layout for rooms. Nice food and drink options downstairs with a big reception and lounge area downstairs to hangout. Overall a great hotel. Thank you all.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The hotel was really nice and clean. The staff was really kind and wanted to help us with everything. Especially José helped us really good with bustickets, he went to the busstation with us to buy them, because it didn’t worked at the internet. The staff could speak English.

Cons: not a charming hotel but good to stay for one night
7.5 Good
Pros: Location and the breakfast are the best value for this hotel.

C$ 34+
10.0 Excellent
Pros: A nice clean family run pousada in a good location.
4.2 Okay
Pros: Not much!! Things started out on the wrong foot when the owner/check in clerk started lecturing me on why I could not pay with a credit card. Even when I told him it was not a problem he kept going on and on!
Cons: This was the most unfriendly bunch on people I have run into lately! The owner asked me at check in if I was staying two days which he also asked over and over. He seemed fine when I paid cash but after check out they claimed I had stayed three nights. Where do you find this kind.

5.8 Okay
Cons: The price didn’t match the offer on I payed more money to have the advertised “free Air Conditioner”
4.2 Okay
Pros: It was cheap and close to the airport. They let me hang out in the lobby for a couple of hours after i checked out waiting for my later flight. They let me stash my bags while I went looking for an ATM.
Cons: There were tiny bugs in the room. Like tiny ants but some could fly. They were everywhere. I was already bitten up from earlier in my trip so I don't know what damage they did but still. The lights didn't work in the hallway on my floor. Room numbers didn't match floor numbers ie. room 237 was on the 3rd floor.
