Very unfriendly personal.

Breakfasts were good. It has a pool which is so necessary in the heat of Cartagena. Location is pretty central too.

Staff weren’t very helpful- it was like getting blood out of a stone to get basic information. We felt like a burden rather than welcome guests. Woken all four nights at 4am by people returning to party in the courtyard. Then on 2 of the nights we wanted a beer before bed at around 9/10pm but all chairs had been removed from the courtyard and we were told we had to buy beers from the upstairs club night for 3 times the price of in the hostel. Ridiculous rules and not good to stay in unless you want to stay for one night And party. It’s more like an extension of a bar than a welcoming place to stay.

The rooms are really small and inconvenient, the rooftop is dark and they tell you its not allowed to get drink inside eventhough they dont have many drinks to offer , Most of the staff are not nice especially in night shift and not willing to help when needed. Coffee is not good , I was really disappointed from my staying .

Staff are nice, friendly enough. Breakfast was small but good.

This is not a hostel, it’s a nightmare. Nightclub upstairs, and SUPER DUPER loud music (mostly reggaeton) are non stop from 12pm to until 11pm. Don’t think it’s gonna be ok, it’s “non stop” and you will be trying to sleep in middle of a nightclub that’s what I discover. Ppl party until midnight, I made better friends outside of hostel from walking tour. Wednesday night was until 4am. A lots of ppl who I talked in the hostel said it’s horrible. Some of couple even went to other hotel to sleep instead(which I was gonna do) if you are crazy party person, this is the place. But if you prefer relax sometimes, plz don’t go here. You gonna feel trrrible.
