7.1 Good
Cons: Not there long enough
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Great location, easy parking, helpful staff and a brilliant breakfast, the best on our trip.
Cons: Not a lot.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Comfortable beds.
Cons: Some water in the room would be appreciated. We booked a superior room and it was beautiful.... Old worldly tradition with modern comforts. All of the staff were wonderful and made our stay very comfortable. It was a memorable experience in the Luberon in a lovely establishment.
5.8 Okay
Pros: The restaurant where the breakfast was served was decorated in Provence style, very very nice
Cons: Our room doesnt look like rooms at the photos, the hotel doesnt have an elevator so you have to carry your luggage, I think that our towels were very old, one was even not washed properly. For this price and this „quality” breakfast should be included in price. And the city is so boring and small.
7.0 Good
Pros: The interior of the hotel is very nice especially the breakfast area, room was normal, a bit small but nothing to complain. The breakfast was the best we had in France as it had a lot of choice (the coffee was horrible unfortunately). In front of the hotel you find two parkings one with blue lines on which you can only park after 7pm and the white lines available all the time but almost full most of the time (and we visited in February!). Across the road you find more white boxes, with some luck you will manage to park. During our stay we eat at the following restaurants all very good and within 10 mins or less walking distance: La Cuisine du Marche; Version Latine and Le Bouchon Lyonnais.
Cons: Both the check-in and the check-out process were very cold. They didn’t even bother to ask as if we needed any information or if we enjoyed our stay, nothing. When we arrived they just handed us the key and before leaving they just took the card for the payment, no further conversation at all. When booking I specifically mentioned that it would be my husband’s birthday but no mention at all, even a small drink on check in would have been appreciated. Our room, number 65 was close to a small balcony in which people went out to smoke so there was a big smell of cigarettes in the corridor which was also entering our room, which was very annoying. After 10pm there is no staff at the reception so you need to use the back doors.
7.5 Good
Pros: Center location. Clean. Friendly staff.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Perfect location and amazing breakfast. The staff is really nice and the bedrooms are really comfortable. I will be back for sure!

8.3 Excellent
Pros: It exceeded our expectations considering it is only a 2 starts hotel !
6.5 Good
Pros: I loved this hotel because it had an historic air from the 60’s and 70’s. It is well beyond its best before date but I could not help enjoying all its former style which is was I look for.
Cons: I could see locking the car park at 9pm and the lobby desk at 8pm would be a problem for some it was not for me. What I disliked was frozen bread and frozen croissant re heated. I love my food. However the breakfast was very cheap and would suit a lot of people.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Staff was especially helpful and friendly, and their back patio was really nice.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: good location friendly staff, loads of bars and reastaurants close by, hotel has parking at the back
Cons: all well
10.0 Excellent
Pros: This hotel was exceptional the friendly staff and the lovely colourful room so pretty very clean and comfortable private parking facility was just what we needed
Cons: Nothing at all
8.3 Excellent
Pros: The hotel was basic but in a fantastic location, very close to the station and with lots of eateries
5.0 Okay
Cons: Small, cramped, ugly, VERY small bathroom, no air conditioning, very old furniture... Also, the car parking was accessible in the morning only after a certain hour and in the evening, if you came too late to the hotel, there was nobody to open the door to parking lot and you were bound to leave the car in a public parking further away from the hotel.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: The owners receive their guests in the most friendly way and make it easy to relax from the first minute on. One could believe they are on holiday, too, if they weren‘t so attentive and eager to meet any need or answer every question. The meticulously tended pool (6 by 12 meters) had 26 degrees Celsius. Beautiful, spacious garden with shady places under olive trees and others. The giant platane that gives the house the name is an inviting place in the central court. Very practical: the summer kitchen with fridge and all kitchen utensils can be user by the guests and serves also as a meeting place. Breakfast in the glass veranda varies every day, croissants are always there, homemade bread or cake, pancakes...
Cons: Some more nice goblets for wine would have been nice
9.0 Excellent
Pros: It was a pleasure to stay at Le Mas Du Platane, the owner was very friendly and served a super breakfast each day. The day we left we had to go early but she made breakfast earlier than normal just for us! The swimming pool area was lovely, good choice of sun loungers. Also the kitchen facilities were great and easy to use. The bed was very comfortable in the Bourganville room.
Cons: The only thing I can think of is that there weren't any tables or surfaces suitable for our suitcases. It would have been extra nice to have tea/coffee facilities in the room, but really I am being picky!!
9.6 Excellent
Pros: We loved the place, so immaculate, lovely French furniture, even toys for children, my baby loved the place. The pool was nice and clean too. It is a very charming property, very quiet and the hosts are super friendly. Great marmalade for b-fast. Our son (and us) loved their apricots.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: I've never met a better host than Joseph. On the first day he told us about the house, where should we go, what to see, where the best markets were. He took our daughter to feed the fish, when a bee bite my husband, Joseph was next to him in a second with a ointment to the bite. The best host ever! Room large, comfortable, clean, cleaned daily. Very good breakfast, fantastic pool. We couldn't ask for more!
9.6 Excellent
Pros: The best sleep in our trip in france. Confortable bed, good air conditioning, swiming pool Very central for a star trip in provence
Cons: The kitchen could be better equiped, there is no oven or dishwasher
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The hospitallity of Josef, the manager of the place. The room was very nice. The breakfasr is rich and very good. The location is excellent, close to everything in Provence. The option to prepare our own food in the public kitchen.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: everything
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Outstanding! Joseph presented us with incredible, creative and varied breakfasts daily, and was a wealth of information when it came to planning day trips. The property is ideally located in the middle of several stunning and diverse regions, and Joseph provided daily recommendations for the best use of time, and enjoyment of local events, such as markets, and special attractions, even marking them on our map, for ease of travel. He is a gem! Thank you, Joseph, for making our time with you so beautiful and well spent.
Cons: Since the house was built in 1710, the electrical system is somewhat unreliable. When someone in another room plugged something in, we lost power to lights, TV, etc. Not a big deal. I was also under the impression that our room would have a bath tub, which it did not. Great shower though.
7.9 Good
Pros: Manor of the 1800s in the heart of Provence. property of great kindness and availability. For the afternoon rest the pool !! Really beautiful
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Very nice property centrally located between all the hotspots in the Provence. Jozef was amazing. Highly recommended!

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Very friendly staff, always smiling and very respectful. Great, clean room in a motel-style accomodation. Private gated parking. Spa available (although we did not use it, as we were short on time). Overall, highly recommended for a visit into nearby Avignon.
Cons: Nothing. All was great.
5.4 Okay
Pros: The property itself was attractive. The service was Ok.
Cons: The location is away from the old town and the surroundings were not very interesting. I think we could have found a hotel in the old town and had better value.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: The duplex room was really so well designed with great attention to detail. The dinner was buffet style but every dish was excellent. Having chosen to limit the choice they produced salads, two mains and a selection of dessert which were fresh and delicious. It was nice the chef popped out to see if we were enjoying our meal. We also really appreciated the pool and large sauna. Hadn’t realised it was on a shopping estate but this meant it was very quiet at night, easy to get to and lots of facilities nearby.
Cons: The room was no smoking but people were smoking on the balcony just outside and the smoke came in. The bed was also a little too soft for me.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Good facilities cleanliness loved the sauna and pool. Nice you can get a drink at the pool area. Clean towels and footwear provided
7.0 Good
Pros: Very well designed hotel, the owners have clearly put a lot of thought into how they can improve it since taking it over. The room was well equipped and quiet, the parking was a little tight, but we managed to park our van. The pedestrian exits were a little strange, it seemed you could only get out using the car exit or entry, despite there being others. Overall it was a decent hotel at a fair price.
Cons: We arrived around 7pm and then tried to get a meal at the hotel only to be told that they were fully booked. The car park wasn't full, so I am guessing that they either don't have enough covers for the number of guests, or they were allowing people not staying at the hotel to use the restaurant. This is obviously fine but we weren't offered any alternative. No offer to eat in the bar, or even our room! We had to walk to the nearby restaurants, which were all full. After searching on foot for about an hour we returned to the hotel to collect our vehicle and search out a fast food outlet, as by this time it was 9pm and we were shattered. Offering just one plate of food that we could eat in our room would have saved us a lot of trouble.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: i really loved the spa area its just annoying that we need to go outside to access to it the fitness room is amazing the swimming pool huge and the communal area are very clean there is a tea station inside the pool where you can enjoy tea and biscuits for free and they refill it many times during the day i want make a special comment for the chef the food is AMAZING fresh a LOT of different choices its like eating in a one star michelin not a joke these pasta with truffle sauce served whit a canard confit on a foie gras sauce sensational and the pastries the best part can still taste the tiramisu buche in my mouth and of course the staff in the restaurant and the bar very professional and caring just want a make sure your experience is a complete success especially Monia Julien Jean Paul and the 2 Vincent the area is perfect the hotel is surrounded by a lot of restaurant Tommy's burgers Oh Tacos...and a big mall the bus is just in front of the hotel or its ten minutes walking distance
Cons: if we can access to the spa area without going out that will be perfect and the water was really cold definitely not at 28* some room needs refurbishment
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Nice staff, the food is goog with a large choice. and very nice facilities.
Cons: The standard room is ok but i will try the superior room later on.
7.0 Good
Pros: close to restaurants and shopping mall. The front desk counter was friendly and helpful
Cons: the parking compound was dusty.

Pros: Beautiful pool/jacuzzi and wellness area open till 1am!!! Very calm garden, nice balcony, beautiful spacious room. Luxury hotel feel!
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Large, clean and comfortable room. Spa (pool, steam room and Diana) open for guests until 1am. Dinner at the restaurant was tasty and the service was great.
Cons: While still enjoyable, the spa was a bit dated.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Everything, lovely place
Cons: Cant think of anything.
7.5 Good
Pros: Beautiful gardens, room and pool. Good food though very expensive.
Cons: Hotel staff said when we checked in we would have to pay for breakfast (26 euros each) if we wanted to eat there and only when we checked out did I see we had prepaid breakfast. I mentioned this and they were unapologetic. This is highly dishonest. We paid nearly $200 for breakfast we never ate. The AC in our room did not work. When I asked about it they asked me what temp I wanted and I said 20C and they acted shocked. It never did get fixed The tv had very limited channels with CNN being the only English speaking one. The TV did not work normally and at times had no picture The high-end toilet was equipped with a Japanese style cleaning spray which did not work at all. For 300+ Euros a night I expect better. I would not go back. The breakfast issue was particularly galling.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Beautiful Great service. Room spacious. Spa needs products in shower and changing area.
4.6 Okay
Pros: Nice personell at check in.
Cons: We have stayed at this hotel once before, then we were very pleased. This time thr room was not so good. Breakfast is nothing spesial. We searched for rooms that included breakfast and were surprised when we were charged 52euros at checkout. There clearly must be an error at booking.com. Be sure to double check when you order. We got some discount when we complained but at 18 euros X2 we still think it was to expensive for some bread and jelly. The rom were not so quet and there were no smoke detector.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Restaurant is excellent.
Cons: Many problems with wifi conections.

7.5 Good
Pros: The price of the property was very good.
Cons: Towels smelled bad. Although the room way non smokers it hada powerfull smell. The parking was to crowded. We parked on the sidewalk.
6.3 Good
Pros: Free parking, close to the highway, staff was helpful
Cons: The first room smelled so bad of smoking we had to request a change. Rooms are basic and dated and bathrooms are tiny. Nothing felt really clean.
5.8 Okay
Cons: Our two rooms were at opposite ends of the property. Checkin took 15+ minutes, and in the end the receptionist confused the twi rooms so I ended up with my little one in a room with separate beds instead of a double bed. One of the rooms was quite noisy, as it faced a four-way route with poor noise isolation.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Kind staff, Good value for money I even had the option to store some food in a common fridge.
Cons: Only the gate which is closed at the arrival...ypu havr to have your phone handy to call them to open.

9.6 Excellent
Pros: Large comfortable quiet clean room. Good breakfast.
Cons: Lack of sufficiently apparent signposting. We wasted an hour, after a 12 hour drive, trying to get back to the hotel when we missed the turning. Even two people we asked gave us completely wrong directions. Extremely frustrating. Secondly, impossible to walk out of the hotel at night, no street lights and no pavement.

Pros: Good location
Cons: No elevators, small bathroom
7.0 Good
Pros: Location was easy to find, off the main road so it was quiet. Comfortable room and bed, and bathroom ok though the shower curtain was too long and dirty with mold at the bottom. We flagged it to the hotel in the morning. Breakfast can be purchased at the property.

6.7 Good
Pros: Very close to Avignon and cheap. Clean. Nothing else.
Cons: We have stayed in similar priced hotels in major cities with much bigger rooms and bathrooms as well as a better reception area. This room was the tiniest hotel room we have every stayed in. The bathroom was pretty tiny as well. We didn't shower that one night we stayed there as we were afraid if we did, we would just get water everywhere due to how the shower is built.
7.1 Good
Pros: Good location just few minutes from Avignon with useful car parking included in the Hotel tarifs. Good cleaning and kind hotel staff. good tarifs not very expansive
Cons: Rooms very small even for single guest.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: simple clean accommodation. small rooms but comfy bed. En-suite clean. access 24 hours. free car park. close enough to Avignon but not in busy centre. Breakfast optional - we chose to eat in Avignon.

Pros: Automatic check-in. Very good price. Clean.
Cons: Everything is ok for this price

Quite, petit, hugh garden, high level of privacy, everything you need for selfservice you will find in the garden kitchen if you book a room. This time we booked an apartment, stylish, full / well equipped kitchenette with Microwave, Sanseo... We had our Nespresso...so perfect
Cons: Next time I would appreciate that the towels will be changed after 3 or 4 nights.

7.9 Good

7.5 Good
