Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests frequently compliment the hotel's convenient location, especially its proximity to key areas like IT Park and the city center, and many find it affordable and good value for the price. However, there are recurring complaints about cleanliness, particularly regarding pests and old facilities, as well as negative experiences with the service and staff responsiveness. Bathrooms are a common source of dissatisfaction, with issues such as broken fixtures, lack of hot water, and poor maintenance. While some guests enjoyed clean, comfy rooms and friendly staff, the negatives around cleanliness, service, and bathroom conditions are significant.
