Summary of reviews

Guests say
Most guests were dissatisfied with the hotel's cleanliness, describing rooms and bathrooms as dirty, outdated, and poorly maintained. Service was often reported as unhelpful or unfriendly, and issues with room size and amenities were common. However, several guests appreciated the hotel's excellent location close to the beach and local attractions. A few reviews also mentioned some positive experiences with friendly staff and daily room cleaning, but these were outweighed by negative feedback on hygiene and service.
