    A very new hotel in an amazing setting. The staff and ownership were friendly and flexible. A very proactive group trying to improve and please we’ve noticed many of the negative comments already dealt with. Looking forward to trying them in the Winter! Go chalet du lys go…

    Spacious and newly renovated rooms. Location next to the cableway station: excellent for mountain excursions in summer and for skying in winter (consequently far from the village centre)

    Barely sufficient breakfast based on standard/industrial products and no product of the territory. Very kind staff but a bit insecure in handling basic activities such as check-out.

    we really enjoyed our stay. the location is practically ski in - ski- out, the staff is very service - minded, very good breakfast and good prizes!:)

    Excellent base for skiing in Gressoney - situated at the head of the valley, not more than a minutes walk to two of the main lifts, taking you to some excellent intermediate slopes. Hotel staff were excellent and could not do enough to help. Ideally suited for couples or families. Could not fault the hotel in anyway.

    Only downside was that they don't take Amex as advertised on Bookings.com - They did inform us that this was the case as we arrived and that they had asked for this to be changed on the website.

“The hotel is lovely and clean, breakfast is good, the spa is really nice and the staff extremely friendly. We loved our stay and wish we could have stayed longer ”
“Our only suggestion for a perfect score is maybe silly but the light bulbs need to be more powerful in the room. Besides this minor suggestion, the personel and the owners are wonderful, full of attention and full of good advices for hiking and trekking...and if you are nice, you may get 2 desserts....which leads me to the restaurant of the hotel which is fantastic and unbeatable on the quality/price ratio....eat there, you will not regret it.”
