Pros (+) Historic value and central location in downtown Chandler was nice.
Cons (-) Opportunities to improve overnight security and services. During the week that I was there it was not uncommon to find room service trays and such in the hall ways. I also had an incident comming across someone sleeping in the elevator.

Pros (+) Criown Sam Marcos is beautiful and well kept. The front desk staff couldn't have been more helpful.
Cons (-) Beds were a little hard. In the restaurant AJs, the food was ok but the wait staff was terrible.
