right on the beach, nice pools, modern and luxurious-looking lobby, a wonderful Greek night organized with bouzouki and sirtaki!!! Simply amazing performers! Convenient and very easy to move between pool and beach as they are right next to each other. There is a large number of sun-beds available, so there is always enough room!
Too far from the city center (about 10-15 minutes walking distance, especially for kids), no parking (in spite of the fact that the hotel says there is free parking available! You have to park on the street where it is nearly impossible to find a spot plus you run the risk of your car being damaged, which seems to happen quite often in that area with foreign registration plates! The food was simply awful!!! We didn’t get to try the famous Greek feta cheese, or the nice olives, or Greek salad, tiropita, spanakopita...very poor quality of meat served, saggy vegetables, stale bread and questionable fruits! Low quantities of food offered and whenever something runs out, there is no refill!!! Room-temperature water offered on each table in the middle of summer and no ice available at all!!! Total misjudgment of number of guests against food available (especially pieces of fruit or pieces of desert!) All-inclusive is time-restricted and very, VERY limited!!! The hotel has a beauty salon, however none of the treatments are available and they offer to hook you up with a salon in the village! It also claims it has a mini club, which was either closed/not working/not available!!! A huge disappointment for the kids!
The choice of food was excellent. The room was big enough with the marvelous sea view. The beach was clean with sufficient sunbeds free of charge. The sea was warm and clean. The city of Hanioti is 5 minute walking distance. The staff was polite and quite.
The internet connection was very poor for the 5 stars hotel. It should be boosted. The main disadvantage is that hotel doesn't have it's own parking slot where the guests can park their vehicles.
The best part of the hotel was Chef Panagioti Zagas and his delicious breakfast and dinner options. His warm greeting every morning and evening was very professional and made you feel like you are family. I especially enjoyed my crepe for breakfast. Chef Zagas also knew a variety of languages which made all the different people feel like one big family.
I though the pool needed to be updated as it looked very outdated. I also thought the beds in the room needed to be updated as well.
The staff was very polite. All the resecption desk and restasurant people were kind. I've enjoyed really my stay there
I did't like only the weather. It was raining one of the days.
It is a very nice place . We have spent Easter holidays there and we are extremely happy. Staff put so much effort to make our stay as comfortable as possible. Highly recommend it!
