Reserved double queen with pullout couch. GOT single king with pullout couch right next to the elevator. 3rd party website said cots were available but this hotel does not have them. Staff ensured that fold out couch would make a queen bed...not even close; super single at best. Although very polite the staff made no effort to help me out. Blamed the booking site. Called Hotel.com and my call was finally taken by an Indian woman that I could barely understand in a large office with quite a bit of background noise. Of course bookings are "subject to availability" even though I paid for something else. So she blames the hotel. Very poor customer service from both parties. Will not use either again.
