Pros (+) Wonderful rooms - spacious, new, extremely clean. Great location down the street from walking mall. Staff is helpful and courteous. Hotel shuttle easy to use and drivers are great. Breakfast is great, and I usually don’t like free hotel breakfasts. I really have nothing negative to say about this hotel. Have stayed here about 8 times.
Cons (-) Occasionally pricey, dependent on time of year.

Pros (+) This is one of the nicest Residence Inns I stay at. Very nice rooms. Very clean. Every staff member I've spoken to has been polite and helpful. I am a person who usually avoids the free breakfast at hotels because they are always terrible. I actually like it here! And the staff is very attentive to keeping things clean and organized. Their shuttle service is also very helpful and every driver has ...
Cons (-) It's a bit expensive. I understand it's downtown, but this is Charlottesville, not a town most people have heard of, so.... However, the hotel is in pristine condition, so it's really not a huge negative, as it is mostly worth the money.
