I have stayed at this hotel multiple times in the past 5-7 years when necessary- newly arriving to the Okinawa Island & not having an apartment yet, as well as for the times immediately before leaving for vacations. Excellent bedding (comfortably firm), and facilities- including a clothes washer/dryer & massage chair! Although we no longer live in Okinawa- I only plan on staying here on any future...

Pros (+) I do my best to advertise this establishment for all its benefits. Best hotel in the Chatan-Cho area & worth the drive from Camp Foster too!
Cons (-) The only unfortunate matter in this stay is that we not able to check in earlier (moving out of our apartment) & had to leave early for our mid-morning flight.

Pros (+) I can not say any more positive things about this establishment. I think the first time we stayed, we were hesitant due to the size of "Japanese hotel rooms" - this is not that... Large bed & sitting area, huge bathtub and shower area, free massage chair in the lobby, as well as laundry facilities.
Cons (-) If this hotel is able to control the temperature (outside) so that it was not so hot a great deal of the year!? Joking. I do not have anything to say that can be better here. I am a repeat customer & will be back.

Pros (+) The staff was just great. Very helpful before I arrived, and throughout my stay. Very willingly stayed up late to accommodate my late arrival, and was very helpful with local area advice. Close to a nice park, and close to a great running/walking path right along the ocean. The value for the money was exceptional — I think they could charge quite a bit more, actually!
Cons (-) For me, who likes to run and walk a lot, the location was quite perfect to get to places to eat, and other businesses. Perfect! Others may wish to be closer to groups of restaurants, etc. I was there on business, and would have appreciated a desk in my room, but they have an ample lobby area, with plenty of places to work. These tiny comments: I would very happily stay there again.
