They called me less than 24 hours before my trip to tell me they cancelled my reservation, leading me to frantically hunt for another vehicle that costed me twice as much. I also had to call and cancel insurance that I was charged for when I first reserved the hertz car. I don't think I should have been charged anything for insurance until I was actually picking up the car.

Very bad experience They didn’t give me the car in the airport and they said i suppose to pick it up from another location They didn’t help at all and gives me very hard time in my first to vancouver and late arriving They trying to use me and force me to rent another car and they makes me lose my booking and the money I rent another from another company and i’m really sad and upset because they have very bad customer service I‘M asking you please to refund my money and contact thrifty management and their head office about my claim this bad experience and zero customer service and i’ll be sure to share this with all my friends and everyone to avoid it
