Easy booking and pickup for the car. Clean and reliable cars to rent!
Cons:
The rate was fair but additional charges like gas was not expected as I was not mentioned about tank fill up. Over charged me for fuel. And drop off location needs to be more.
It was a great experience. I just wish an over night rental wouldn’t be so expensive.

We arrived in Allentown Pennsylvania at 10pm where we reserved a car to drive to Indianapolis, In. Enterprise refused to honor our reservation. We were stuck in a strange town at 10:00 at night with no where to go.

I was 12 minutes late due to uber driver making a wrong turn. Rental Agent refused to rent me the car.
Cons:
They could have cared and provided minimal customer service. Also not accept reservations for thier exact closing time.

Honestly, nothing. We had rental for extended weekend, also during the snow storm and the van (Pacifica) was amazing! Thinking of purchasing one lol.

Pros:
I made an online reservation for a one-way rental and booked a non-refundable motel room in my destination city. Got a call the next morning that they didn't have a car for me, that they didn't do a one-way rental between the cities. Personnel were polite and professional and apologized.
Cons:
Their reservation system sucks. It lets you make a reservation that the company can't fulfill. I needed a one-way rental to pick up a motorcycle I had bought a couple months ago. I tried several companies including Enterprise which I usually use for one-way rentals. None were accepting a one-way rental until I tried Hertz and made a reservation. I then booked a non-refundable motel room in my destination city. Got a call from Hertz the next morning that they didn't have a car for me, that they didn't do a one-way rental between the cities my reservation was for. Personnel were polite, professional and apologized. I told them their reservation system sucked and they agreed. I got the impression this was a routine occurrence - their reservation system accepting reservations that could not be fulfilled.
