The car wreaked of weed and had burn marks on the driver seat and door window sill area. It was dirty and the alternate rental car was in even worse condition. No offer for a discount on the vehicle or even a discount for an upgrade. The most disappointing and disgusting car I have rented.Reviewed 29 Mar. 2023

My overall experience was great. The only part that was poor, reservation counter. The woman called me over. I went to hand her my drivers license. I had my credit card on my hand also. She kept her hand out wanting the CC at the same time. She Said nothing. She punched a bunch of stuff in the computer. I listened to the guy next to her with his customer. I heard about the insurance, the return policy, the gas options. My woman said nothing. The guy asks his customer if she prefers either of the 2 cars available. She says one. At the same time my woman reaches in the box and grabs a key. The guy says to his customer, oh well it’s the Elantra, my woman grabbed the Toyota keys. She flips the contract on the counter and says initial and sign, so I try to read the faded ink and sign it all. She hands me the keys says the slot number for the car. And that was it. I learned from the other guy working, what to do with the keys and everything. The woman was horrible!! I’m fine with renting cars. I know the basics. But if I didn’t know anything, my woman was super rude!!!Reviewed 22 Jun. 2022

All easy.... The only bad thing is the expense of dropping a vehicle off at a location other than the pick-up location. The cost to do so was OUTRAGEOUS!! As a result, I had to drive back to the original pick-up location.Reviewed 21 May 2022

Attempted to reserve and rent a vehicle to travel to Ohio for a job. Multiple issues with even creating a reservation. Once created could not be canceled or refunded. Was charged full price for a reservation I was denied being able to pickup at all.
