Cons: Vehicle was not on-hand at the appointed pickup time. Had to wait over 30 minutes for a vehicle, despite having booked weeks in advance.

Cons: They tried to make me rent a 7 passenger van when I had ordered a standard car, even though there were some in the parking lot. I had to go back the next day to get the supervisor to get me the car I ordered. No one was at the Moncton Airport counter when I brought the car back. We were told that the airport counter would open at 10:30. By 10:50, no one had shown up & I had to catch my flight. GPS is a rip-off @ $25-$30 a day. Luckily I was able to buy a low-end one at the Dieppe Canadian tire on sale for $45.

Cons: I arrived a 1/2 hour early and when I checked bill it was almost double the quote. When I enquired they said because of half hour the computer charged weekly rate. They changed but I feel the attendant should have notice difference.

Cons: The only negative to the experience was the very long wait to pick up the vehicle. There was only one counter person and about 12 people in line so I waited about 30 minutes to pick up the vehicle. Also the vehicle did not come with a navigation system therefore I had to use a lot of data on my phone to get around.

Cons: Excessive fees. Price tripled the advertised price.
