Didn’t rent a car,walked away,they try to sell me a ridiculous insurance and I was already covered by mi credit card,started at 90 a day for insurance and came down to 10$ a day,I just walked away 😡

I booked my car rental and when I showed up to the airport they said no cars were available. The guy at the airport said not to book with third parties as they don’t have their car inventories. I was not able to get a refund since kayak has no refund policy. I was scammed. Do not book with kayak. I had file a claim with my bank.

The “optional” additional insurance was not optional. I had to purchase their insurance which turned out to be almost double of what I had pre-paid for the rental and basic insurance. So the great deal offered was not so great after all. It turned out to be almost triple the cost

They didn´t respect the rate neither the vehicle we reserved, finally we had to take what they have and small car for 6 persons instead of a SUV, the small car was vey dirty... didnt respect the rate price of our reservation an we had to pay more than twice the original price. Finally we returned the car one day after the rental and we went to NATIONAL when we get a better car a SUV with lower price and excellent service. Many people were suffering the same that we suffered with DOLLAR.... Please avoid to use/reserve with this guys, the Manager in Duty (a women) is more concerned on get more money from customer that provide a better service.

Worts rental ever when arrived they just told me they did not have any van they were just sorry even that I had my reservation they just say sorry and didn’t care. You should not recommend this company it is a shame how they do business. At the end thanks good the guys from europcar were able to help me.
