While we did receive a free upgrade, the wait was totally unacceptable. The car rental return is difficult to find at the airport. It's off-site, and I didn't see any signs for it as I approached the airport. You have to go through the "Departures" area, and then follow signs to an off-site lot that's about another 5-10 minute drive. Be sure you consider this extra time before your departure!8.8 Very good
