Pros:Staff at counter and lot very helpful and courteous. I like Borrowing a friends car.Cons:Little pricy....but I knew the price when I rented. I had a bereavement type situation and did not have a chance to shop. Honestly.....I just needed a ride to Ravenna and back. Uber would have been a better option.Reviewed 14 Jul 2020

Pros:The lady at the National counter was very nice and helpful.Cons:When I arrived at the rental car center, the Alamo counter was empty. Apparently, I needed to get in line at the National counter, but there wasn't a sign at the Alamo counter to tell me this. Then when we went outside to pick a vehicle, I had to get a lower-tier vehicle than I paid for because this was all that was available. Finally, when I arrived home, the SUV had dog hair in the back seats.Reviewed 28 May 2020
