Cons:

Asked for a Camry and was put in a small Jeep suv that had very uncomfortable seating. Lower Back has hurt for a couple days. I should have pushed for the Camry I reserved. Note the Jeep SUV was not an upgrade in my opinion.

I was charged the rental cost on making my reservation, Kayak had no record of this transaction or the Insurance I paid for so when I get to the counter to pick up the car I’m charged again for what I paid a week earlier for I showed the counter person the charges came out of my account but that didn’t matter I have been charged twice so my experience with fox rentals was not good.
