We got there to rent the car and they told us we needed paperwork that we didnt have. When we rented the car online nothing told us we would need proof of residency. Long story short i never got a car but im out $54 because of some insurance they cant refund.8.4 Very good

I reserved a rental car and when I went in to get it I was told I couldn't rent it because I didn't have a credit card. Then I was told if I used my debit card (which I use for everything) I would need a copy of a utility bill. I then logged onto my account and produced a utility bill in my name and was then told it wasn't good enough, the bill had to have a zero balance. The bill wasn't due yet so I hadn't paid it. I have never been treated so poorly. I am convinced Enterprise does NOT want to honor these cheaper/bargain rentals so in turn they come up with any excuse in the book not to honor them. Shame on Enterprise for how they treat people.10.0 Wonderful

I called Budget customer service around 4pm to confirm reservation however when I went to pick up the car around 5 pm they told they wouldn t have any cars available until 9 am the next day! I asked them to check with another Budget location nearby but they said they was nothing they could do and that I could address a complaint by calling customer service! I was unable to get another car rental at the last minute and missed an important meeting. This is simply unacceptable.10.0 Wonderful

Cons:
Cruise control on the 2019 Versa that I rented did not work. The cruise on/off button on the steering wheel was faulty. I rely on cruise control to keep me from speeding when I drive on the interstate freeway. Not having cruise control was a major inconvenience. Agent at counter was not clear as to what I was paying for, vis-a-vis how much gas I needed to put in the tank, before returning the car. If is unlikely I will rent from HERTZ in the future.AutoEurope
